Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

  • The item was purchased within the last 7 days.
  • The product is in its original, unopened, and undamaged packaging.
  • The item is completely unused, free from physical damage, and in resalable condition.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Custom-modified items or customized gaming PC cases.
  • Software, digital products, or clearance/sale items.
  • Opened water-cooling components that have been filled with liquid.

How to Initiate a Return

If your item is eligible and you need to return it, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at support@rigloop.net with your Order Number, Invoice Number, and the reason for your return.
  2. If your return is approved, our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return shipping address.
  3. Package the item securely and ship it back to us via a reliable, tracked courier service.

Note: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and physically inspected at our facility, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund:

  • Approved: If approved, a refund will be initiated to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
  • Delayed: Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
  • Rejected: If the item is received damaged, used, or missing original packaging, no refund will be issued, and the item will be shipped back to you at your expense.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) at support@rigloop.net.
Please include photos or a video showing the damage or the incorrect product. We will evaluate the issue and arrange for a prompt replacement or refund.
